I would say unbelievable but I have learned that there appears to be no rhyme or reason in how they decide what order in which they fulfil orders. Customers expect FIFO but that is clearly not happening. The big question is why? They continue to take new orders based on estimated lead times that are obviously not accurate if they are still fulfilling orders from 2022. How can they estimate fulfilling my order placed 6/24 in 4th qtr 2024 (later changed to end of 1st qtr 2025) when they still have not shipped your order from 2022?
