There are two Crankshaft Position Sensors, they are on the left rear of the engine. You need to check that you reinstalled the connectors to the proper sensor.

Similar to Ralph, I ran the return -6 aluminium tube from the right side of the firewall, vertically down the side then aft. Iused a bulkhead fitting in the side skin pentration and in the tank Iplaced the bulkhead fitting aft of the forward tank/fuse attachment and forward of the tank cover-plate. The connection between the fuselge and the tank was made un a "u"shape so that there was as little stress on the tube as possible and for saftey in an accident.

N144SD post crash rebuild - don’t judge a dent by its cover.
In the first photo you see a leading edge rib that was pulled out of a badly damaged wing. In the second photo you see what looks like very minor damage to the wing skin. In fact, this was overlooked until the wing was on the table and cleaned off. In the last photo you see what I found when I...

RV-12iS Fuel Pumps Not Automatically Shutting Down After Engine Shutdown
After getting nowhere with Van's support on this subject (they wanted me to tell them how the fuel pumps shut off), I'll reach out to the group to see if any other 12iS owners have experienced their fuel pumps continuing to run after engine shutdown. Yes, I have implemented SB-00058 for the new...

Hey, want to see a video of a sick ROTAX 912iS?
Following up on the great fuel leak of 2025, everything is fixed so I figured I'd try to start the Rotax 912iS for another "first engine start" attempt. I didn't expect much; I didn't get much. I did three attempts; none of them were very good with an inability develop any power. A later...

I need some help planning a fuel return for my qb wings
I would like to install a fuel return line in my quick build wings and was wondering if anyone has any advice on the installation. Pictures would be helpful. Also what parts would I need at the fuel tank. Best location to drill the hole? Any other advice? Thanks! Dan
