Need constructive criticism for electrical design
Tailcone Oilcanning
I finished assembling the tailcone for my 12iS yesterday. Today, I noticed the lower side skins on both sides are slightly depressed, just aft of the forward frame. I can push the skins back out from the inside with my hand, but they immediately pop back in (like an oil can!). Has anyone else noticed this? Does it resolve when the tailcone is attached to the main fuselage? (You can’t really see it in the picture; the arrow points to where it’s located).
How Tight To Wrap?
I ran the seal all the way up behind the airdam on the front cylinder, BUT I am suspecting that I ran it too far up ? Should I have stopped at the blue line ?
[It is very easy to trim up as it is still damp/soft]
One thing to note is there ARE cooling fin behind all the of seal an air CAN pass from top to bottom. This is not true on all cylinders, but there certianly is a 1/4 of air at the narrowest point towards the top of the cylinderhead.

Exhaust Valves Pics
Looking for input on the looks of these exhaust valves. They are from a Lycoming O-360. Really curious about the deposits and wonder if there is anything to be concerned about.

RV4 Cowling Fit
Just finished the initial cowl fit after about 6+ hours, still have some edge sanding to do, but it came in better that I expected.

Need constructive criticism for electrical design
OK, I've done a lot of reading (including AeroElectric) and looked at plenty of other designs and I think I'm ready for initial feedback on my tentative electrical system design for my future RV-10. Some notes: Primary mission: cross-country IFR Redundancy: high redundancy for both flight...
