That Casper Labs adapter...again!

I'm still having a problem with fitting the 90 degree oil filter adapter to my RV-4. The engine mount frame seems to be in the way. Photos of the frame at: http://www.Jedtek.biz Can the Casper Labs adapter be fitting to my 0-320? I have tried the 1.5 inch spacer as previously suggested but that isn't correct. What do I need to make it work? Any help would be good! Thanks

I've got no advice on the oil filter adapter, but I did notice what I think is an oil pressure sender screwed straight into the engine. My understanding is that this is a big no-no. The mass of the sender, along with the vibration of the engine, can lead to the thing snapping off. Obviously this would be very bad.

Did you have the same issue with the frame? So I'm guessing you found no solution available?
