Hey Dan, thanks to your site I used a hacksaw for the first time. 
I saw that you used a hacksaw to fabricate the flap angle brackets. I was going to wait to use a band saw at work but when you fabricated yours with a hacksaw I dug around and found by dad's old hacksaw. Worked great. The backets were complete in no time. What would I do without the old "digital" technology sometimes. Progressing through the wings.
