Terminal Block WH-800 substitute

What are some good substitutes for WH-800? This part is shown on sheet
OP-12. It is made up from a couple of strips of nylon and some 8-32 bolts and nuts. This part is shown as being used as a terminal block for stacking wires. The problem I have with it is that it is hard to keep the studs from turning when tightning the nuts.

Try MS27212 aircraft termanl blocks. They work really well and you can get covers for them MS18029
