Leak tested the tanks using my air conditioning pressure gauges, a quick connect fitting to the air hose, a balloon. One of them was perfect. One of them leaked (it wasn't me.) A/P friend said to thin out Proseal with MEK, draw a slight vacuum on the tank, apply thin proseal to leak area - proseal gets drawn into the leak and seals from the inside. Apply thicker proseal to outside area. Leak fixed. Wings done.
