Yes, it looks too short, but don't have plans in front of me to confirm what size it is supposed to be. The plans were correct in my case. It also looks like the safety wire is used improperly.

It was an update on the -6 to the same configuration.

That calls for a AN4H-6A bolt - a drilled head one.
