Tail Wheel Dragger

I just purchased a finished RV-7 and am looking for something to help me move the plane in and out of the hangar. It has a little lip on it, so if you don't lift up the back, the fairings will scrape. Has anyone used anything? I saw one on www.dragger.com, but didn't know if there was a better one out there. Thanks.

A friend of mine has one of those to get his Murphy Moose in and out of the hanger and it works excellent. Don

Wheel pants on RV7

If the extra lip clearance you need is minimal, you can just rotate the wheel pants slightly forward, that is lower to front, higher in rear, and this might make in/out hangar much simpler. Yes, I know this might affect the speed +-.25 mph, hi.

I have a friend who builds them custom for tail draggers.
Send me your e-mail, and I can forward you the information with pictures and a video of how this simple and elegant design works.

I have one for my RV-4 and love it.
