Tail cone skin F 779

I'm building a 9A. The double row of holes for attaching the 711 bulkhead to the tail cone skin has an extra hole just to the aft of the center aft hole. I don't see what this is for, maybe something to do with a tail dragger? Should I just put a rivet in it? Thanks

Sounds like the guide hole for the rudder stops. You might want to check the dwgs for installation of the rudder stops before you put a rivet in.

It's the pilot hole for the tailspring mount nut. If building an A, you can put a rivet in it.
