T-405

I'm fabricating and fitting the T-405 (L2 1/2 x 2 3/16) angles to the nose of tank rib. Drawing dimensions the shape of T-405 but not so much the location on the rib. In terms of the location of the outstanding leg, is there any magic here that anyone is aware of?
