swapping Slick for Bendix, gear ok?

I did this 5 years ago, but can't recall if my new slick 4370 came with a gear, or not. Can I pull the gear off my old Bendix, and put it on the Slick 4371? ( O-320-A Lyco.)

hate to pull the stuff off, and find I'm not only slow, & dumb, but also grounded!

It should work. I took the gears off my Bendix mags and installed it on my LASAR mags a few years bag.

I have a Lycoming O-320 B engine.

When Lycoming changed from Bendix mags to Slick mags, the gear part number did not change.
