Static line routing

Here's an easy one for someone: I'm using the Vans static line kit and I'm blowed if I can spot in the plans where you should drill a hole and fit a snap bushing into the F705 bulkhead for the line to pass through. I can see where to drill for the other bulkheads, but not F705 or F704. A photo would be a great help. Thanks in anticipation.
