Static Kit Instructions

Were instructions supposed to come with the static kit? I got the kit with the list of materials but no instructions. Does anyone have a copy? Mainly I was concerned about converting from the 1/8" plastic tube to the 1/4" polypropylene tube and attaching the rivets to fuselage.
