Standby Electrical system

I will be installing a secondary electrical system in my RV&a using a BC20 alternator and a VP-X Pro with the secondary buss. I'm considering a solid state Zeftronics as I don't think I need the crowbar overvoltage protection since it is provided by the VP-X. Any recommendations for the best way to put this together would be greatly appreciated. What voltage regulator have you all used?

Carl, Typically the B&C LR-3C is used with the SD-20. It's described in detail in the VP-X install manual.

I don't know much about the Zeftronics but perhaps the folks at B&C can tell you what their past experiences have been.
