Section 32-13
There is a dark and nearly inaccessible space just aft of the stabilator pulleys where it is difficult to see if the cables are installed correctly. I used a stiff wire to snake the cables thru this space and then mounted the pulleys. It didn't look right so I took out the pulleys and used an inspection mirror to look into the space finding that I had gotten the cables twisted together and also somehow had one of stabilator cables wrapped around the rudder cable that shares the space.
The cables coming off the pulleys should look parallel, like this.
Take care when routing the cables thru this space.
