Source for wire bundle Sleeve?

I am looking for a source, or ideas for expandable sleeving (sometimes referred to as snakeskins??) to thread wire bundles through and keep a nice neat and tidy installation. I would hope these would also provide some protection to the wire while passing through the bushing. I imagine i could find use for this in the wings, fuse, and possibly firewall forward.

If you plan to use it forward of the FW, try to get the high temp stuff. Usually has a white thread woven through it. I found that the smaller sizes are better than the large size. They expand to cover a large bundle but the large sizes don't shrink to hold small bundles tight. Real neat and clean when you shrink wrap the ends.

I bought a whole roll of it but don't remember where. Also have a ton left and may be willingto sell it if I can remember what I paid for it. Try to guess how much you need and let me know.

Good service from

I bought mine from [email protected]. His name is Dana Miller.

He has an ebay store but you can buy direct from him. The 1/8" was 14 cents a foot and the 1/4" was 18 cents a foot.

He also has heat shrink and other related wiring stuff. Can't find his web site right now.

Very good service.

BTW, 100' doesn't last long!!!!

Good source Gil; even FAR aprooved, exactly what I was looking for. Have you used this product or supplier in the past? Looks like i might need to add some heat shrink or zip ties to the order

Bought some non-aviation use stuff from them several years ago - no problems.

Their on-line site is a bit better than some at describing the product.
