I can't seem to find the thread. Who was it that located these? I need them for #8 screws, the ones I saw here were just a tad bigger than the head of the screw. Help...
One way to do this is to get Tinnermans for a #6 and drill them for #8s

I used these types. Not from this supplier, but if you Google "#8 flush countersunk washers" you will get a lot of options.

One thing to be aware of. Most are not the same countersink angle. 100? vs 120???
Anyway, I would take a washer and then put the screw in it and tap it so that the washer reformed to the screw.

I have 'em in #8. Dang near impossible to pick up if you drop 'em.
