small rivet mistake?

the plans call for AD4-6 when riveting the H609 to the H603. Today my riveting was going great, got a phone call which I had to take so got broken off for half hour, when I returned I accidently put in 5 number AD4-7 instead of 6, is this an issue? they look OK (albeit fatter on the shop head than the others!).

no they're fine, just fine. Lesson learnt though, double check after you've been interupted!
 
rivets

Interestingly, once you've pounded/sqeezed a couple hundred of these you be able at tell at a glance weather you have the correct rivet in place and once driven, you'll be able to tell (roughly) if it's correctly installed. Of course I still check most of my rivets with a gauge :) keep pounding :)
