Slider roll bar issue

I missed the 7/32 note on the roll bar to fuse edge.

Question is how critical is this? Can I fix it with the skirt?

New roll bar is not only expensive but is on backorder.

That can be fixed by TIG welding closed and relocating the roll bar mounting holes to where they need to be. I would elongate them first and then take the part to the welding man and clean it up afterwards.
The 7/32" is supposed to align with the slider tracks and that offset is so that the slider skirts are flush with the side of the fuselage. If the windscreen is wider than the slider bubble then the roll bar fairing is not going to fit nicely and it will be a fight.
Easiest and cheapest fix is to correct the holes by welding.
