Slick T-155 impulse Inspection Tool Dimensions?

I seem to have mis-placed my T-155 impulse coupling inspection ring for determining coupler rivet wear on Slick mags.

I can make one on the lathe is someone has one handy that they can measure with a mic or caliper. I need the ID, the OD and the height.
