Shunt, ANL on 14A firewall

I’m trying to get my head around wiring up a shunt and ANL load limiter on my firewall as per the attached pictures. Do I have this right? The picture of the shunt and ANL load limiter is not mine, it’s from another post. I believe it’s from a 14A, so my plan is to duplicate it.
TYIA,
Todd

That's how we did ours. We did 2 ANL's though, one for the main bus, and one for the alternator output. We omitted the shunt because we are using a VPX and felt the total Alt output wasn't that helpful of a metric to get.

I was initially puzzled by this as well. This is how I did mine, one for main alt and the other for the standby alt so I can read current from each independently.

Thank you George, Marty for your replies. Much appreciated.
Heads up to those using the Vans supplied wires that come in the FWF kit. Check the ring terminals over very carefully. I’ve included some pictures of some of the ones that I didn’t like and replaced. YMMV
