RV-6A wiring
Here's some pics behind the panel for my -6A. Fairly basic panel compared to others. Day VFR, single electrical bus, blade fuse block (9 slots used), backup battery for the EFIS, B&C LR3 VR and OV protection. The engine is O-320 carb with dual mags. Other equipment includes 2-axis AP, wig-wag landing lights, ADS-B out. Trim is manual.
I tried to keep the wiring runs tidy enough but not so tightly bundled that it will be difficult to maintain. The wires are all labeled with laser printed paper and clear heat shrink or are color-coded (Dynon scheme).
There is a custom inter-connect circuit board that acts as a hub for the low current signals in between the equipment and some of the switches/buttons.
