I would like to give a shout-out to Dynon and Dave Readout.
We had an issue with our 12 year old D180’s backup internal battery and emailed Dynon customer support. Dave immediately replied with a couple of things to try that unfortunately did not work,
We had to send the unit back with much trepidation that our setting would be disturbed. They found the problem and did a couple of requested cosmetic repairs and sent it back. Dave was happy to answer all our questions. It was plug and play on our end.
