Short and Soft field takeoffs RV-8A

I have to pick up an RV 8A from a short grass strip. It has a 180 HP and a fixed pitch cruise prop.

What do you do for your short and soft field takeoffs.

Lower the flaps 15 degrees and go! HINT, push the stick to one side and match the flaps to the "down" aileron.
