Service Bulletin spreadsheet

Conveniently, Vans does!

What I would love is an easier way to figure out when they changed the parts and/or the plans to accommodate these SBs. As I'm building I find it can be confusing to figure out if a SB applies to me as I start each section of the plans.

I have a SB tab as part of my condition inspection spreadsheet. The SB tab lists each SB, gives a brief description, lists if it is applicable ( and if n/a, why), then the resolution, which could be inspect annually, replace parts , etc.

Here are the items I have on my spreadsheet (obviously many items are very specific to my airplane)

Does anyone have spread sheet created for service bulletins pertaining to RV-10?
I just worked this up for my log book, still in progress but these are what I could find. You can download the related docs from vans, also the yellow ones I don't have the kits so highlighting for validation once I get to that point. Already got burned by 18-03-30 Elevator Stop. The plans still show the old design and include the old material in the kit which is how I built it... Then found the SB and also found the new material was also shipped. Why the plans can't get a simple image update from the SB is beyond me. Fortunately, its an easy swap at this point.

I maintain a 3 ring binder for my RV-7A. I have a tab for every SB ever released by Vans, Lycoming or Dynon that contains the service bulletin. I include a drawing if needed and a description of how this effects my plane. The ending paragraph shows what I did to comply with the bulletin. In cases where it doesn't apply to me I show why it doesn't.
