Service Bulletin 7 & new build

I just received my RV-10 fuselage kit and have unpacked everything. I notice that it contains some parts and instructions for SB7. I want to make sure that I don't forget to apply it when I get to the correct part of the build process. Will the instructions tell me when to apply it? If not, can anybody let me know what section in the build manual so I can put a note in there?

SB-0007 did not exist when my fuse kit was shipped but I still got Sb-0007 in time to fit it during the build. Not sure if that means yours will be different but in my case, SB-0007 first became relevant around about section 28-8. I had to drill the fwd center section bulkhead, which is best done before anything is attached to it. However, I would guess that yours has already been drilled if you've just received your kit.
