I'm glad there's an aerobatic specific list! That one might be a bit out of date. For example, Bruce Williams doesn't have his Extra anymore, and 5g is out of business altogether. Sunrise Aviation at SNA provides aerobatic training, though I'm not sure if they do it in E-AB airplanes. Insurance sometimes drives these things.
Just kidding. Primary issue might be the 1600 lb aerobatic gross weight limit. I'm 200 lbs. But the OP is welcome to get in touch with me. Fwiw I'm not working at Sunrise anymore, but they'd be another source for aerobatic instruction. That's where I taught and learned.
