Section 38-04 Cowl hinges

Hi,

Quick question on the cowl hinges, if I may.

The plans call for marking holes every 1 and 1/8th inches for the short side hinges. They then call for holes to be marked every inch for the other aft hinges. However the picture seems to show markings at 1 and 1/8th as for the short hinges.

Which is correct? Does it matter?

I used the hinge template that was part of the tail kit to center and space my rivets in the cowl... which was 1" on centers.
