Section 31B Electrical Plug in Wing

I'm working on installing the new wire kit in my fuselage. I now have the new plugs that connects the wire in the fuselage with the wire in the wing. The kit comes with a template to drill the right holes for the plug bracket, however, I have searched section 31B and Section 42 and I cannot find any instructions on how to place the template so I get the new holes in the right place. My wings are at the hanger and my fuselage is in the garage so I don't want to guess on this.

Has anyone found where the instructions are for drilling out the new bracket mounts for the wing plugs?

You need section 31A Wing wiring.

Just to add from the previous post, 31A page 9, in the upper left hand of the page, figure 1 will show the positioning of the templet.

I'll send a note to Van's. I have section 31 (old style connections) and 31B that seems to ignore the template.
