Screws used to mount steps on 14A

A "friend" lost his installtion instructions for the steps on a14A
Anyone have copy to upload or at least describe the stack up of hardware. Screw length, washers and nut

I found it very difficult to get wrenches on the bolt head and nut when installed this way. It was much easier to install the bolts pointing forward, and I don't see any real downside to the change.
