SCB & CB +ve Terminals?

With the circuit breakers or switch circuit breakers in the correct orientation which terminals do the bus bar connect to - upper or lower?

Is there a live and ground terminal or does it matter?

Shouldn't matter

For regular old 2 terminal, thermal breakers like P&B W23/W31 it doesn't matter.
