SB 18-03-30 Caught this after I installed the Elevator Stop

I didn't realize until today that this SB from 2018 is not updated in the plans as of when I received my Empennage kit October of 2023. I just installed the elevator stop on the tailcone when I happened upon a builder video that talked about this. They included the updated part (and the part called for in the plans) in the kit but don't mention it in the plans. I'm not looking forward to match drilling the holes from the underside of the deck. I thought I would post this as I didn't find anything previously posted. I guess I need to look a little closer at the service bulletins in the future.

Yes, it's a good idea to review the service bulletins regularly--both during the build and afterwards. Hopefully, this one's easy to address.
