SB-00002 Crack or No Crack

Thought I had a crack and replaced the hinge bracket per Service Bulletin 00002. Turned out NOT to be a crack, just the paint. Replacing the bracket was quick and easy. Removing and reinstalling the rudder and VS was a little more work.
