Saving Fuel Sealant

I know I read on here somewhere that you could save mixed fuel tank sealant in the refrig for a certain amount of time...or am I getting old and seeing things that don't exist.

Fuel tank sealant may be safely preserved in the refrigerator for quite some time, but NOT after it is mixed. You may be able to preserve mixed sealant for a few hours, but not longer than that.

Ditto,

you can mix a batch at one time then pop the batch into the freezer, and use as you go. Just don't let is sit there to long, it will go hard eventually.

On my RV7 tanks I mixed a big batch enough for a couple of hours of work, and just use as I need. It was easier to run to the freezer than mix and clean up each small batch.

PS: old spool film canisters work great for storing work sized amounts in the freezer for the day.
