Safeair static port damage

A buddy and myself managed to ding up my safeair static port while installing it. The rivet set bumped it in two places. If its just a cosmetic issue I'm going to leave it. If there's a chance it could cause problems I will replace. Let me know what you think. We learned our lesson and the other side is perfect.

It looks like one of the damage spots has a small lip that protrudes past the flat face of the static port. That lip may disturb the airflow, changing the pressure sensed at the static port. You should carefully remove the protruding material without removing any of the flat face, or replace the static port.
