Have not seen anything recent that suggests a good sim for an RV-9A on X-plane.
I had read that that the Tiger (AA-5B) can be a decent facsimile in real training when an RV is not available. There does happen to be an AA-5B for X-Plane available.
Thus 3 questions.
1. Is the Tiger a decent trainer for RV-9A flight characteristics?
2. Has anyone tried the AA-5B sim aircraft and found it to be useful.
3. Can anyone suggest a joystick that is good for stick training. I have a yolk that I used for Archer training but I'd like to get a feel for the stick.
Thanks for your insight.
