Is the hole in the bottom center of the RV-9 VS Rear Spar supposed to be drilled for a bolt? The drawings sort of indicate so; however not with precision. If this hole is supposed to be a bolt, do I drill now, or once in place in the fuselage? Given that the hole was located with CNC equipment, I assume that now is OK.
It appears that the RV-9 VS Rear Spar is the same as in the RV-8, and similar to other models too. However I can't find an answer to my question anywhere.
Also, in the second image I am trying to figure out if the holes with the red arrows pointed at them are part of the VS rear spar, or if they are part of the fuselage bulkhead.
