RV-7 plans question

Can someone tell me where in the plans to find installation details for the static ports? Specifically where to install them? Helping a friend, and can't seem to find it.

On RV9 (fuse the same) the drawing #28 Fuselage Skins and Rivets shows exact location of the ports. Detail E. How to install the static air system comes with Static Kit from Vans. If you need a scan let me know.
