Guys,
What's the maximum twist one would expect from the engine mount? I started mounting mine to the QB fuse and found I could rock the mount 3/16" between the lower left and upper right attach points.
I placed the mount on several surfaces and it appears that the mount has a 1/8" twist. The QB fuse must also have a 1/16" twist. They appear to be twisted in the same direction and create an additive error.
Vans states on the print that the two inside points can have washers. Reading between the lines it appears that the outside four should not.
I know the welding process does tend to distort things. But should this mount be "pulled in" with the attach bolts?
