Finally fitting the leg fairings and wheel pants.
I trimmed the leg fairings per drawing C3 for the RV-6 but they still seem way too long. They interfere with the fuselage and brake lines at the caliper. It seems that they could be several inches shorter for an easier fit and still be well covered by the intersection fairings.
Also the upper intersection fairings that I purchased interfere with the tank vents on the underside of the fuselage.
What are other people's experience?
I believe that I can trim as required to fit but just want to double check that I am not missing something.
