RV-3 Elevator push-pull tube?

I need to build a RV-3 push pull tube assembly. Can someone with a current set of plans please provide me with the part numbers for the following;

Aluminum tube
Machined tube ends
Pull rivets

Referring to drawing 22:

The big tube has these parts:

1.5 OD x .035 wall 6061-T6 tube, 66.25 nomimal, fit on assembly.

V-101 ends, 2 required.

The MD3614M fits but has 1/4 bore. My bins also have a bin marked MD3616M but the two rod-ends that I pulled from these bins are identical, so one in the wrong bin. There are no rod ends specified for this tube.

MD-42-BS rivets, 1/2 spacing. Looking at the OD of the tube, that would suggest 9 rivets per end.

The small tube has these parts:

Tube, 49.5 long (fit on assy), 3/4 OD x .058 wall 6061-T6.

Rivets: MD-42-BS, 6 each end.

Fittings: AN490HT11P, machine to fit tube.
3/16 bore, 5/16 UNF female thread.

The plans say you need four of the these rod ends although the big tube needs male-threaded rod ends, not female.
