I am almost finished with the empennage/tailcone kit. I am located in Sandy. My shop is currently located in our warehouse.

My dad has a kit on order, everything but the empennage is out 2-3 months.

Frank, you are right. This will be a great plane for the family to learn in.

We are doing our research on primer, colors and tools right now. Luckily I have most of the tools but I'm sure there will be some new ones to get.

Should be a real fun build by the look of the pictures I have seen.
 
RV-12 in Ogden, too

I don't remember where I heard (or read) it, but I think there's a RV-12 builder in Ogden also. I seem to remember that he's a little farther along. I tried searching the archives to see his post, but I couldn't find it.

Just type Ogden in the "search this forum" and you will find it. It is #4 in the thread for Any RV-12 builders in Utah.
