RV 12 Prebuy in Philadelphia/Baltimore Area

I'm looking for a reliable mechanic to do a Prebuy inspection on a RV 12 in the Newark, DE area. Any suggestions?

https://www.guardianaeroservices.com/ If the plane can get to GAI in MD, Guardian Aero Services there has done quite a bit of work and maintains on an RV12 for one of the flying clubs and has seen it all. Probably a good one to do a pre-buy. Ask for the owner, Lena.
