New ELSA kits have to be the same as Vans SLSA demonstrator, so I believe it would be the same fix, as indicated in a number of recent plans revisions relating to this area.

Correct, though new builds have parts that have all of the changes already incorporated, so builders don't need to do any of the extra hole drilling that was required for a retrofit.
