Has there been anymore problems / solutions with the tunnel heating issues? Is the Service Letter 6/12/2006 from Vans enough corrective measure?

Sealing around boxes

I figured I had to seal everything on the firewall, so I did with high-temp red silicone. Is this what you had in mind in terms of reducing heat/air transfer to the cabin?
