RV-10 Rudder cable guide holes

Im at page 38-10 step 3 which says to match drill the two holes to size #27 of the fuselage tunnel ribs. How do you get the drill in there with the foward seat assembly in the way???
Im a little frustrated Any tips and help appreciated

Angle drill with a short 3/4” long #27 bit?

It's a bit vague now but I think I did something funky like putting the guide temporarily on the outside of the tunnel and match drilling from the inside with an angle drill.

I just ordered a #27 threaded bit 1.25 " long. Hopefully its not to long. I will try match drilling from the inside when i get my new bit.
