RV-10 door windows paint cracking

does anyone have a fix for paint cracks on the door of my rv-10 its where the windows glue into the door frames on the corners of the windows. i think it happended during test flight on cold day i herd a loud snap that day, the paint we used was dupont clearcoat im worried if i remove the old filler and start over it will just happen again. i noticed that vans demo had the same problem
can anyone help.

Preston, welcome aboard the good ship VAF.

First off, did you use a fiberglass tape over the intersection of the window, and the door??

What did you glue the window in with???

Did you have any gap between the window and the frame??

It would help if you could post a photo or two.
