With three recent RV-10 incidents that possibly could all be explained by failure to properly verify proper construction techniques, maybe an RV-10 builder could come up with a checklist that lists every single connection on critical control and fuel/oil systems of an RV-10. You can see a sample firewall forward checklist here:

It takes a bit of time but there is no excuse for missing these checks. The builder has ultimate responsibility and should take a methodical approach to making sure that every single required bolt/nut/rivet/hose that contributes to the integrity of these systems is installed properly.
Then a minimum of one other person should double check every single critical point.
I would be happy to host it on the RV Flight Safety website for others to use as a sample.
