Ruder skin oil canning

I have just finished the rudder section of my RV-7 and noticed some oil canning on the right side skin of the rudder and was wondering if any one else has encountered this problem?

Most, if not all, oil can a little, especially near the bottom. I doubt that it will be a problem and doubtful you will notice it in flight. Build on and Merry Christmas.

It happened to mine too. Build on. You will forget about it once you are on your 3rd trim tab.

Oil Canning

At 700 hours, the oil canning on mine caused tiny cracks at the trailing edge rivets. they were stop-drilled and I injected some ATV that just bridged the ends of the ribs to solidify. If it were mine, I'd consider doing something when built. Not noticeable in flight eitehr way.
